The courts are located inside Parque de Benicalap, one of the largest parks in Valencia. The park opened in 1983 and covers about 80,000 square meters.
The venue has two hard courts and changing rooms. A bus stop is located at the park entrance, and street parking is usually available nearby. The park is also served by MetroValencia (Line 4, Florista stop) and several EMT bus lines.
The park contains a municipal swimming complex that is open seasonally in summer. It includes a large recreational pool, which is a separate municipal facility with its own admission (about €3.25 standard).
