Schedule

From Monday to Friday

Apr, 3rd - only morning session. Apr, 6th - day off

08:00

Tennis. Morning practice.

Drills and sparring. Focus on technique, control, and tactics. High-intensity session with task-based coaching. Players rotate between specialists. Video analysis on request.

10:00

Fitness.

On court, on the beach, or in the gym. The fitness coach plans the day. Emphasis on mobility, speed, strength, and prevention.

12:00

Break.

We do not provide lunch.

14:00

Tennis. Afternoon practice. Except Wednesday.

Lighter load. Work on return, serve, volley, and key tactical elements. Friendly matches and points play.

15:30

Rest. Shower. End of training.

The afternoon training ends.

Notes:

On Wednesdays the group trains in the morning only. No afternoon group session. Private lessons on request.

Lunch is not provided.
