Daily Schedule
Morning padel session
Tactical drills focused on net offense, forehand and backhand strokes, lobs, serves, and more. Though intensive, the practice is tailored to each player's level, weaknesses, and objectives.
Afternoon padel session
1.5 hours of afternoon training focusing on tactics, teamwork, and strategic thinking.
Note:
If there is only one player in a group, padel training is conducted privately for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.
