Daily Schedule

8:00-10:00

Fitness

Fitness sessions can take place on the court, on the beach, or in a gym. The fitness coach creates a plan for each day.

10:00-12:00

Morning Session

Tactical drills focused on net offense, forehand and backhand strokes, lobs, serves, and more. Though intensive, the practice is tailored to each player's level, weaknesses, and objectives.

12:00

Lunch break

Break for lunch, rest, academic studies, etc. The player is free to stay in the club where we have a snack bar and Wi-Fi zone.

14:00-15:30 or
17:30-19:00 (Jun 23-Aug 29)

Afternoon Session

This session is less intense. Given the player's fatigue, we focus on returns, serves, volleys, and tactical aspects. This also includes friendly matches.

Note:

If there is only one player in a group, the training is conducted privately for 1 hour in the morning and 1 hour in the afternoon.
